Experience the Magic!
- Placing the handle grip in the palm of your hand, hold and apply pressure with the index finger and thumb.
- Roll the Trigger Wheel lengthwise over the muscle, using short back & forth movements.
- Use the Trigger Wheel® to search and find myofascial trigger points ... these areas are tight, knotty, ropy and tender.
- Continue the rolling process for about 30 seconds once you have located the trigger point.
- On a pressure-pain scale of 10 - use 5 ... you want a "feel good" pain.
- Chronic, stubborn trigger points may initially require several short, therapeutic sessions per day.
- Your goal is a healthy muscle free of pain, tightness, tenderness and other signs of offending trigger points.
